Steady is not medical care

Steady is a coaching, psychoeducation and skills-support service for adults. It is not a diagnostic service, not psychiatry, not psychology, not occupational health, and not a crisis service. Nothing on Steady should be used to diagnose, treat or change treatment for any medical condition. Always consult your GP, psychiatrist or qualified clinician for medical decisions.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a resident of Ireland or another country where Steady is offered. Steady is not designed for children or adolescents.

Subscriptions

Free, Core and Premium tiers. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. EU consumer law refund rights apply.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to use Steady to diagnose others, give medical advice, or break the law. Don't share your account.

Liability

Steady is provided as-is. We're responsible for running the service carefully but cannot be liable for clinical outcomes — those are between you and your clinical team.
