Plain-English privacy.

Steady stores the minimum data we need to give you a useful service. We never sell your data and we never use it to train external AI models.

What we store

  • Account info: email, display name.
  • Intake answers and self-ratings you give us during onboarding.
  • Daily check-ins, journal entries, focus sessions and progress ratings you create.
  • AI companion conversations.
  • Subscription and billing references (handled by our payment processor — we never see card numbers).

Where it lives

Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region. Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email privacy@steady.ie.

AI companion

Companion messages are sent to a Lovable AI Gateway model to generate responses. We don't use your conversations to train external models. Safety classifiers run on the server to detect crisis signals.
